Add seats to stadiums using the in-game editor?

I'm trying to add seating to grounds that don't have an all seater stadium. Is there any way of making this work using the in-game editor? I made Woking's Kingfield Stadium an all-seater but when the next match was played in their home ground the stadium was still the same?

Any solutions to solve this problem?
