Adding created player and team photos/logos

Hi,

I have been looking through the related threads but nothing I find really explains it properly.

Please can someone explain what I have to do to add pictures to created players, and also logo's to created teams.

All I know is I need the Unique Id's which I know how to get. But then something to do with a config file? No idea what this means.

Any help would be much appreciated
