Adding downloads to FM10 fury

Im having some real issues with putting the stuff i downloaded into the game. Ive downloaded tactics and got them into the game fine. But i also downloaded a shortlist, a transfer update, a skin as well as a mass of kits. I just cant get these to work. Ive extracted them to the files.. such as skins. There wasn't a graphics file so i made one as someone suggested but still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, also i tried to enable the German national team but the file that i had to delete simply wasn't there so im thinking maybe a mistake in the installation. I apologise if there is a thread for this already, Im very much new to this site. Thanks guys.

Transfer updates (the .dbc files) go into; (I think, may be wrong but mine seem to be here)

My Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2010>Editor Data

Skins (extracted with winRAR) go into;

My Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2010>Skins

Then in preferences>Display and sound, select the skin from dropdown.

Shortlist, download it, extract if needed and place in:

My Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2010>Shortlists

Then go into your shortlists (Managed name>Search>Shortlists) and choose the shortlist button/drop down menu. Select impost shortlists. Find the shortlist file, highlight it, hit select.
