Adding New Leagues Causes Crash

When i add a new league in my online game with my friends it causes Football Manager to stop working, We're in 2016 and we've kinda got bored with just the prem, but the crash means i can't add more leagues, any idea what the problem is?

someone's computer can run 8 leagues and still get 5 stars on performance... adding 1 more to the 2 i'm already running shouldn't cause the crash, thanks for the help *******
