Adding new leagues

I heard it is possible to add more leagues in the middle of a game. I am currently only playing with championship and above selected in England. Is it possible to add more leagues that you can manage later on, and if so, how do I add them?

yes it is possible
click on the FM button on the top right corner next to the continue button
it will scroll down a menu and look for add/remove leagues, its under the add new manager and load game options
