Adding regens from start

for me, i don't start to really enjoy the game until 2nd or 3rd season when i can scout the world and find some hidden regens.
I remember a while back someone put a download up of thousands of random regens to add into the game yourself.
is this still laying about? if so, where is it?
I'd like to manage say a English championship side and build a new team from youngsters, but i'm fed up of having to wait until season 3 to get some good regens.

anyone able to help?

Don't know if this download is still available, but couldn't you just start unemployed and holiday for a couple of seasons?
