Adding Teams To Level 9 Database

Hi

Quick question - can you add teams to Leagues if you have the Level 9 Database (i.e. you can play as teams is the Western, Hellenic, Combined Counties leagues etc.)

The reason I ask is because next season Step 4 leagues will be increasing from 22 to 24, and Step 5 sides may have to have at least 22 sides in them.

If anybody knows if I can add a team to a Step 4/5 league without it affecting the game please let me know.

Edit that database and make sure to change the maximum teams in the league (national rules, league in bottom left window)
