Additional English leagues

Are there any more additonal leagues that have been created yet for england that go lower than than blue square north and south.

I want to make a save where i start as low as possible and work up to hopefully taking the england job.

I want to start in england or around europe as i know more of the players than say in mexico or brazil!

Can't easily find any others and that project will take nick a long time
