I am playing as Linkoping and started out in 2011 in the Second Division NG in Sweden.
We are in the 2016 now and I have won the Swedish Cup twice and managed to guide my team to the Swedish Premier Division crown in 2016.
We have 3 million in the bank (or at least that is what my finances say) and I keep asking the board to improve our training facilities. EVERY single time they say they cannot find the funding for it at present.
What the ****? The improvement cost for Adequate to Average can't be that high? I've read about people in the lower english leagues only needing 600k profit to improve their facilities.
Are there background attributes with the board where they will simply REFUSE every time???
