Adjusting match training

i can't adjust the match training bar. It's grey and can't be moved. I have full control over the training and haven't tagged the box saying my assistant manager should do it for me.

Anyone knows what the reaseon is ?

Are you playing the normal game or the FMC ? Are you using a different skin ?
