Advanced Rules Editor - Access

Hi all,
Got the most basic question of all - how do I access the advanced rules section of the editor? It is greyed out when I go to the editor and into a competition.

You access them after you arrange the basic rules. In order to get into advanced rules, you have to save the previous db with the basic rules as well, and then you can access advances rules.
Sidenote, you must have the first stage (basic rules) verified by the editor.
