Advertise for Staff Position?

Hi,

New to FM (absolutely loving it so far).

Is there a way to advertise for a staff position? One of my coaches left, and I want to fill it, however I have to search and filter through so many coaches, and all of them don't even want to enter into contract talks right off the bat.

Is there a way to advertise for a staff position (similar to offering players, but for an open position)?

yes there is an option in the job centre as "put advert" u can adverstise for coaches there
