Advice needed... Striker and CB

right, i started game as Swansea and a year and a half later took the Liverpool job.

Inherited an AWFUL squad from Hodgson who spent most of the transfer budget on average players.

I sold Torres for £48.5 mil as he was so inonsistent and unhapp with the team underacheiving! (Hodgson's fault, not mine)

Board have given me £30 mil of that to spend... so WHO DO I GO FOR? need a CB to replace Skrtel (also unhapp but wanted to sell anyway) and a Striker to replace Torres, usuall go for Lukaku but already signed for Chelsea...

Suggestions PLEASE!!
