So, Im having a bit of trouble to get my tactics working. Can someone please have look and see if there is something i must change? Im trying to make a dominant possession-based style.

Have you been able to spot anything?

On the surface, Pass Into Space doesn't seem to fit your style at all? You're asking players to look to play MORE risky passes, which will have more risk (on top of having a Mentality that favours taking risks already) of losing the ball. That's not possession football.
