Advice on how to tighten up my defence?

I've got a game going with Utd and was just wondering how i could tighten up the defence so i concede even fewer goals?

as you are playing centre backs at full back, ie sakho and oshea arent very good going forward, poor dribbling etc then set their duty to defensive rather than support, and give them the same player instructions as your centre backs. then you will ahve 4 players who sit back at all times, blanket defence. concedes few goals and as u are united u have enough attacking talent to win matches without full backs to support
