Advice on improvment on my tactic

Hi, i am trying to get a flat 4-3-3 working and i am Sheffield Wednesday but i am getting horsed off everyone here is how i am playing it :

GK : Normal - Defend.
FB : Support
CB : Defend
CB : Defend
FB : Support

CM : Box 2 Box
CM : BWM - Defend
CM : Advanced Playmaker - Support


ST : Poacher
ST : Complete Forward - Support
ST : Trequarista(sp?)

i have a sheffield wednesday career on the same patch won the league on the first season and next season i have 7 milllion which somehow has doubled to 11 million to spend

what i did was move the middle central midfielder back to Defensive midfield and made him and anchor man and signed verkhovsktov or something like that from a team called naftan (just type in naftan youll know him when you see him ) then upfront i put gary madine target man attack with ball supplied to head and have him hold up ball and put lots of through balls in then i had brandy/dale jefferies who i signed as a poacher then sears the other side of madine as an advanced forward and then i won the league
