Advice on striker(Advance Forward)

I'm managing Birmingham City, currently 2nd season(2012-2013) just got promoted from championship as winners. Currently having adam rooney n zigic..previous season adam scored 34 league goals for me as zigic wasnt performing so i used adam most of the time. but adam's stats isnt that good.. i need a new striker to strive for the premier league. Price range within 5m pounds and realistic wage for bir city..any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Forgot to mention that my ST needs finishing, heading and decisions. playing in a 4-2-3-1 formation. Bearing in mind that not many players will come due to the club's reputation..I'm Bir city after all..
