Hi, I am writing my first story, please see link on sig.

As you can see I am making the posts into web pages which I think looks good however it takes a lot of effort and I'm not sure what other people think.

Please could I have some opinions on this? Would it be better to have less screenshots and more banners. How much details should I go into in match reports or should I save the reports for big games only?

Also how much detail should I go into on other things like transfer rumors, should I give manager interviews etc?

Any other ideas or views would be welcome. Thanks

Could you not just have included these questions in the origional story thread?

The main thing to any story is to make it creative and absorbing. Using the added pictures makes a story look better but it is normally the way the story is written and creative that way which will draw people in to read it.

Probably although I wanted to try and keep the story on topic and also other potential story rights might want to contribute/read this thread whereas they may not be interested in my story.

Hopefully the mods won't give me an infraction for duplicate posting :s

What sort of things do you think make it more creative? I don't really just want to put in lots of screenshots etc. Should I be coming up with a back story for events etc?

a story at the end of the day is a story.... it needs to tell a tale...and not just how well your doing.... so if a player is leaving... why not make up an intereting reason for them leaving :)

use cliff hangers... so if people are reading they are more likely to want to see what happens next... people love abit of drama :D

hope this helps
