Hello everyone,
I am currently managing Ajax. I have won the league in both seasons and have gotten to the Champions League quarter final in the last season. I think I have a decent squad, but I am not sure what players to sell or buy now. I play in a 4-1-2-2-1 fomation. This is my current squad:
Goalkeepers:
Kenneth Vermeer - was already at Ajax, decent player for the Eredivisie, not very good.
Jasper Cillessen - was also already at Ajax, back-up keeper.
Central Defenders:
Marcos Rojo - bought him in the first season for the left back position but is playing in the center now, decent centre back, has done quite good for me.
Stefano Denswil - was already at Ajax, decent player, could get a lot better but hasn't developed very well so far.
Niklas Moisander - was already at Ajax, decent player
Defender Left, FB:
Emerson - bought him in the start of the 2nd season, has been a decent player.
All of my central defenders can also play as a left back.
Defender Right, FB:
Allan Nyom - got him last season, decent player has done quite good for me.
Ruben Ligeon - was already at Ajax, not a good player (just sold my back-up right defender).
Defensive midfielder, anchor man (can also play as central midfielders):
Steven Defour - decent player, has gotten a lot of assists for me, also play him as a centre midfielder a lot.
Gaston Gil Romero - a promising young player, but hasn't been developing very wel for me.
Asier Illarramendi - got him for a good price last winter transfer window, haven't seen a lot of him but seems like a good player.
Central midfielders, DPL and AP:
Hernanes - gotten him for a good price this winter as well, has done quite good for my team.
Thulani Serero - was already at Ajax, played a good first season and has been injured a lot this season.
Lerin Duarte - was already at Ajax, has been a decent to good player for me.
Lucas Anderson - was already at Ajax, promising player but hasn't been developing for me.
Left attacking midfielder, inside forward:
Viktor Fischer - amazing player, at 20 years old amazing attributes (19 flair, 17 dribbling, 16 finising, 17 technique, 17 accelaration)
Right attacking midfielder, inside forward:
Massimo Bruno - good player, has done very good for me.
Vitinho - got him during the winter as a back-up for both sides.
Striker, TM or AF:
Mame Diouf - got him start of this season, scoring 19 goals in 28 matches
Kolbein Sigtorsson - was already at Ajax, decent striker.
I have a transfer budget of just 10 million euros. Do you guys have any advice for me?
