Affiliated/ Feeder club help?

Hi, I always ask the board for a feeder team. No matter what option I pick they come up with a list of teams with no players (like the German national team). Anyway is there anyway i can try atleast to pair up with Brazilian teams?

You need to be trusted by the board for you to pick your own feeder team, so that means sticking around and winning stuff
