The concept is rather simple. Pick an African nation from the list, which you will have to lead to glory - or try. Of course, some nations such as Ghana, Cameroon or Nigeria are easier than, say, Madagascar, so the list only has "mid-table" nations to make it more competitive.

With that in mind, I'm not going to ask you to win the World Cup in 2014, but qualifying, or relative success in the African Cup would probably be some achievable targets. Also, you can (And should) pick a club, which will be, hopefully, your tool to mould your youngsters into top-class players.

"Rules":

There will be no winner - you will measure your own success, and as long as you had fun, you're a winner.

Don't cheat, you'll only be cheating on yourself, which is kind of silly. The point of this challenge is to have fun at the unrealistic prospect of some nations actually doing well in international competition.

Leagues loaded: Load any amount of leagues you want PLUS all African players. This way, you will be faced against real players and not computer generated during cups and qualifiers.

Pick whatever club you want to pick. Choose wisely, since you'll use your club to mould your players. Your players may not always get work permits, be aware of that.

You don't need to make your own tactics.

Pick highest possible reputation while creating a manager, and change your nationality to whatever country you are managing.

Post screenies so I can see how you're doing!

Tips:

Bare in mind that your nation is not Brazil, not all of your players will be world class. Any half-promising youngster can be moulded into a decent player, so don't waste them on some other clubs bench, get them toy yours and give them proper training and tutoring.

Many players have dual nationalities, if they become good and you haven't capped them, the other nation can and will try to snap them up. Be quick, or be dead.

Have scouts checking for regens all the time, but don't necessarily pay attention to their reports. If a kid looks promising, snap him up, you can't lose much, since African regens tend to be cheaper.

Don't limit yourself to your national pool - there are more players waiting to be called up out there!

Try to make your tactics, or to tweak those you download - you won't find a perfect player for every role with these nations.
