This is my final story on FM 14. As many of you will remember I use the iconic Spanish striker Raul as my manager as I go along with in my stories.
I join you after my first few years as a manager of Celtic, some would say very successful, others would say I took on an easy job and the league would pretty much win itself every year. It was a start and my footsteps into management. In my first 3 years I managed to accumulate 7 trophies including 3 Scottish Premierships and 4 Scottish Cups in my time there. I have learned alot since going into management and below are the previous seasons I've had in the Scottish Premiership:

After smashing the 100 point barrier three seasons in a row I started believe the challenge only lied in Europe which we was usually crashing out in the last 16 and I managed to bring some excellent youth prospects to the club but I don't have the time to have them to come through and have no challenge domestically. With alot of hard decision making and time and effort, I have decided to call my time at Celtic to a halt after receiving a very interesting offer which I believe that I can create a long-term dynasty at a club with absolutely ambitious plans that I can create history at the club. Many will frown at the decision I have made seeing it as a huge step down from Celtic.
I have held talks with a foreign tycoon businessman who has taken over a club in the English lower leagues and approached me whilst at Celtic and I believed it was a joke on the phone but after serious consideration and relishing a new challenge ahead it will be ten times harder than the job at Celtic. I am going to find it so hard leaving behind my family, friends and heart at Celtic but maybe one day I will return to win the Champions League there. I have left them with a safe financial security, a fantastic squad and an amazing youth team I will be keeping my eye on them but now I leave to join:

Chairman James Mokoena rung me after winning the Scottish Cup Final, the last game of my season at Celtic. He proposed his vision of turning Oxford United from a lower league team into a established Premier League quality team but he needed an ambitious manager who shared his ambitions and had the ability to stay in this for the long run. At the time of the job offer I was stunned and to leave what I have created in my short time at Celtic to leave to join minnows Oxford but with prospects of a bigger stage and chance to take them through the leagues to the biggest one in the world. I would also be financially backed and be able to manouvre my own squad to get where I want to be. The only thing holding me back to the next level at Celtic was the quality of the Scottish Premier League and I could never manage to garner the top, top quality players which swayed my decision. I will build a dynasty here and I will be guiding Oxford to the top.
