Why does it always have to be better than mine?The AI is using Preset training schedules am I right?Then why do they always raise players better thane me?I had the best player in the world in my team(regen) who wouldnt raise at all with Duncs training schedule and I made one but still wasnt enough to get him raise status.My training intensity was always above Heavy.Again now at my curent team i bought a verry good player and used Duncs schedule and he dropped status:'''@Im tired of this thing why do they always drop status at me and never raise them back but after i leave they imediatly raise them back?

setting the training at heavy is not always the best way..
I never depend on training that much for my world potential youngster..
I play them, a lot.. I'm not saying it makes their stats reach the roof, but at least close to their potential..
of course its going to take few years..

Im talking bout 23-25 years old.Just noticed another player of mine went to Barca and in 1 year he didnt drop any status and gained like 10.

They all had over 3 and a half stars when i left Manchester.

You need to combine a good schedule with playing time to develop your youngsters. Dunc's schedules are very good - best i've used along with maybe Raikan's.

Give them playing time - if you can't, put him out on loan to a club with good training facilities and will give him first team action

And obviously make sure you have the best coaches you can in every area with a light workload

They were in my fist 11 the whole season.SERIOSULY.If they didnt they that means they were injured.I played them both much.The striker (the best player in the world) played 50 matches.Still didnt raise with match preparation at low with Duncs and my training regim.

Best player in the world? Maybe he had already almost reached his potential? And did you check that he was pleased with his training schedule?

He was pleased with it and he didnt reach hes potential because he was better when i bought him.And now he is better than when i left.

as far as i know there wont be much improvement for 23-25 players..
it supposed to be before that..
but tbh I never really successful either in training players.. I buy them 'ready to eat'..

Well i hate that i buy them good and they just drop status.EVERY player that i bought over 20 mils (excepting my best player in the world) was a total FLOP.
