Ajax concentrating on Youth

just started a game with Ajax as im intrigued by there youth development system but im gettin ridding of all the rubbish and building a great youth team can anyone recommend players i can sign for my under 19 team and also maybe a few good young talent to nature please, have only got 11 mill and 75k wage budget remaining and alot of the players i have tried dont want to come ajax.

any surgestions would be amazing!

I'll edit this tomorrow with a bunch more because i like the Ajax system too and im not on fm at the moment.
Im pretty sure i could name at least 3 decent cheap players in each position who would develop well in the Eredivisie.
Tempted to do it myself actually. I'll put them up about 1pm.

Cheers mate, my mate refereed me on to the idea it sounds sooo good if your commited i just have never properly managed in holland and not done a focus on youth save in a few years haha
 
I must admit most of them are expensive like Leandro 10mio, Paco 10mio, Deulofeu 10mio. But players like Prestia, Crisetig... are pretty cheap around 1.5mio

thank you :) and have signed Leandro for spurs second season before he got like 43 goals in 52 or something just shame I dont have that kind of money at Ajax
 
Right, Sorry about the wait mate but i have started an Ajax game myself now. I too havnt managed there before either however these players i have scouted and all off them have 3* potential or better and beins i used an Ajax scout i know they would join you. Ive tried to avoid really obvious names and players that cost more than £3.5m. Also all these players are 21 or under. For an added bonus ive tried to include some Dutch talent as well.

wow you are amazing :D thank you soo much im using that haha just be an absolute pain though would you happen to know the best on that list ie highest PA other than the one you pointed out but that is soo through, many thanks and good luck yourself i would love to hear how your doing on it

Sorry its Felipe Gutierrez not Filipe. Bit strange you cant find Regattin though, He plays for Toulouse.
I forgot about Xherdan Shaqiri for Left Wingers.

Erm out of the Goalkeepers: Branescu is the best at 4.5 star which is similar to ter Stegen and Areola who are alot more expensive.
Right-Backs: Romario is a 4* PA im unsure on price though cause my scout forgot about that but hes got the same potential as Mario whose like £10m. Kvekveskiri is 3.5* PA and is very cheap. Also take a look at Mattias Johansson from Kalmarr FF, Hes about £675k and 3.5* PA.
Left-Backs: Marvin Plattenhardt is best at 4* PA, Never heard of him until i started this Ajax game and i found him at Nurnberg, Which is also strange because i was Dortmund for a season lol. Also check out Bochum's 21 year old lefty, Matthias Oztrzolek who is only £750k, 3* PA.
Centre-Halves: Prestia is 4.5*, Toro is 4.0* and so is Johan Martial who costs about 6.25m
Defensive-Midfielders: Emre Can is 4.5* from Bayern Munich though and hes German so he might take persuading. Guilavogui is 4*
Right-Wingers: Valencia, Saivet, Bacuna all 4*
Left-Wingers: Felipe Gutierrez is 4*, German Pacheco (in Strikers section) can also play left wing, 3.5* PA.
Attacking-Midfielders: Depending how long you keep players like Lodeiro, Eriksen, De Jong and Aissati and so many more at Ajax then the best from my list is that Adryan at 4.5* and only £700k, Bargain! Ive just got him at £1m. Scouted prices are never 100% correct.
Strikers: Sanogo at 4.5* PA. Eduardo Vargas, Benjamin Jeannot and Nelson Oliveira are all 4* PA.
There is also Leandro (Gremio) costs around 6.25m hes 4.5* PA.

EDIT: Take a look at all the players that cost under a million because youll make good profit on them.
Scout most of the BATE Borisov squad, Thats full of gems like Hutar, Skavysh and Baha.
What formation do you play with Ajax?

yeah im looking for highest pa no lower than 4 star for cheapest price and i play a 4-5-1 tactic in which I have 2 defensive minded cb's, 2 defensive minded full backs, a defensive minded anchor man a support minded ball winning mid, a support minded advanced playmaker in centre mids, 2 attack minded wingers and a attack minded complete striker or target man up front. I play fluid controlled short passing with width and a deep defensive line.
 
Might try this myself... What's the best way to get the most out of all of your youths? Is putting them on a training schedule and in the U19's enough?
