I need a good defensiv defender left. Preferably a Dutch.

If you need Dutch, Pieters or a regen, to have 20m you must be fairly far. If you want a good cheap LB then Cheik M'Bengue 4.4M and amazing for me.

Not Dutch but cheick n'bengué (If I've spelt it wrong think he plays for Toulouse) will defintely fill that position. Should set you back 6 million.

As far as Dutch LB go ther is not much choice, Pieters is ok but you can have better ones for the same amount of money that are not Dutch.

Or you can retrain Blind/Anita/Boilesen who are pretty much as good as Pieters in my opinion.
