Van Persie would be a good shout but maybe more expensive if you're in first season. Huntelaar, Demba Ba, Graziano Pelle and Olivier Giroud are all decent too.

Joaquin Larrivey,ino that he recently joined Celta but you're able to pay his release clause(3m i think) hes an amazing striker with INSANE mental attributes(20 determination)...
