Installation:
Extract to \My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\skins\
Then go to into the >>> Preferences / Display & Sound <<< select my skin,
untick 'Use Skin Cache' if it is ticked, and then tick 'Always Reload Skin On Confirm',
then click confirm and your changes should be applied.
