Because of many dark skins fans, I finished this version too, there are a few new things in regard to light version, take a look at the pictures which I singled out, then try the skin and enjoy, and of course write here your opinions.

Extract to \My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\skins\
Then go to into the >>> Preferences / Display & Sound <<< select the skin, untick 'Use Skin Cache', and then tick 'Always Reload Skin On Confirm',then click confirm and your changes should be applied. Cheers.
