In my new save,I have really gotten into this whole concept of scouting for players by myself and I have been pretty much everywhere from Brazilian Youth Teams to Asian Amateur Teams to find hidden talents
So I will post some of the players I have found in each country here and although most of them are never going to be the standard of Mario Balotelli,Marco Verratti etc.,they are good Cheap players
I have seperated the players into Premireship standard and and below,be reminded that many of these players will take time to develop and you will have to do it right for them to achieve their potential.
Otherwise,I want to seperate these players into further categories but I dont have the time currently but I will do it soon hopefully.Most of players in the Second Categorywill probably belong to Coca-Cola League 1 at the most but some may have the potential to play higher.
