I took over in July 2016/17 season after managing Valencia and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has had two excellent seasons has anyone had better results with him? He seems to be doing well in international football too 10 appearances 8 goals and 7 assists

He is an absolute machine for me. Must average a goal or assist a game, he's a real godsend. To be honest, I rate him in real life too, just wish he could have played at this World Cup!

Doesn't seem the best, and he's quite inconsistent it seems, but I have never thought about replacing him as he is just a real talent (I play him at RM and at AMC when needed at times)
