How are you guys doing Arsenal saves getting the best out of these two? They're both doing okay for me but I feel like if i utilised them both differently they could be doing so much better.

I usually play them in their preferred roles if they're up and coming (Welbeck) and a key player (Sanchez) and build my tactic around that. Chances are they'll play better because it's natural for them, rather than building a tactic and hoping they'll fit into it.

I'm using a tactic with 2 wingers on attack and Welé as a False 9. seems to be working well but still too few games to tell

I have given up on Sanchez. He hasn't been consistent for me. Has and a few 2 goal games and then other games he finishes with ratings below a 6. Ox has been outstanding on the right for me. I picked up Ayew for the left. I play with View attachment 328684. I had this mirrored when I focused on Sanchez. Welbeck plays my striker or LW in the tactic. Leads the league in goals. If you have the money, go for Memphis Depay.

I play a 4-2-3-1 formation and have welbeck as a false 9. I tried complete forward but he's done far better as a false 9. I use Sanchez as a raumdeuter due to his movement pace and finishing, although sometimes I use him as a winger and that works well. My best player though has been Memphis Depay as an inside forward on left wing. He has 18 goals, 9 assists and 9 Moms in 25 games, 100% gotta buy him at arsenal, welbeck as a false 9 just seems to work in sync with Ozil at cam and the 2 wingers. I'm 2 points behind 1st after 25 games and in final of capital one cup and still in other cups

I've been playing Sanchez in AMC as a Shadow Striker and he's been absolutely killing it, 10 goals and 7 assists in 10 games! And as HortySlayer said, I've been playing Welbeck as a false nine and he's scored 5 in 6 games. I play Ozil on the left wing as an AP with "sit narrower" selected and have Gibbs overlap to give me some width, which seems to be working too, if you were wondering where Ozil fitted in to the system.

Welbeck is used as a poacher for me and Alexis Sanchez as inside forward(attacking). Both play amazing for me especially Sanchez

I think one player under utilised is PODOLSKI, he destroyed the league in my first season, claiming Europes top marksman and around 37 goals in all comps. SEE below, use him well!

Yeah that's decent with Podoski, im in 2017 now so he's a bit over the hill. But using Sir Goalalot Welbeck has scored 124 goals in 143 games... He's averaging 41 goals a season and has been premier league top goalscorer 3 seasons in a row. This season {16/17) He's scores 47 goals in 43 games, all I did was work on his composure and managed to raise it to 13 (it was 10) He's a goal machine and will probably break Henrys record if he continues.

Don't know how different from everyone else I've been playing Alexis, but I've been playing him in the first season of my current Arsenal save, as an AMCR. He's been solid, my best player overall. Won Best Player in Europe, English Player's Player of the Year and Fans Player of the Year.

He's just a regular AMC(R) with no specific duties. I give him quite a lot of freedom but other than that he operates with the team.

What's more amazing though, is that Welbeck has been amazing for me in the first season. He started as a substitute for Giroud but then Giroud got injured and this is what Welbeck did:

I tend to leave my strikers hanging, so to speak. I love my offensive midfielders and generally move my team around them, so the real strikers (usually play only with one) gets not a lot of love. So he's just been in a standard STC with no specific directions.

That given though all of my offensive players did really well my first season. Wilshere impressing with 19 PL goals and Arsenal top scorer just ahead of Welbeck.

Anybody got tips for Welbeck? he has been decent since i took over Arsenal but he won top scorer the year before, just hasnt hit the heights that i thought he would

Any additional instructions for Alexis? I use him also as shadow striker in front and Welbz/Giroud as F9. And I am not satisfied from his form and overall stats app/g/assis. He is key player, but in compared with Chamberlain or even those two strikers is too bad. He scores or assist only in big games, but those big games are up 7-10 in rhe whole season. I rotate him rather with Jack Wilshere or Serge Gnabry as well, and they did it is same like Sanchez. I think Sanchez in my formation is not so optimal, what can I do? The alternative way is to put him on the left as wide winger.

I'm in my second season and been playing Sanchez on the left (inside Forward) and he bangs in the goals, got 19 1st season currently got 16 in 2nd. Welbeck has been a beast for 2nd season got 19 goals in 27 games, and he's backup striker.

Sanchez is awesome for me wherever i play him.. Welbeck is very incosnsistent
