Alifarizzy's 424 Tactic - 20 games with wolves sitting nicely at 3rd position

hi guys

this is my first post and my first self made tactic, please bare with me.so basically it's a 424 tactic, the reason i create this tactic is because i want to use a winger tactic, i know there's a lot of good tactics in this forum but mostly it's 433 or 4123 without wingers- respect to all tactic creator who made that kind of tactic. so if u guys are on same page with me and love to use wing plays, please do try my tactic.

so overall for me i think this tactic is a balanced tactic very good in attack and good in defence. i've tried it with wolves no signing and able to sit nicely at 3rd position after 20 games with record 46 goals-27 against, i do think that it's a good record considering how bad wolves is defensively. i will not say that this tactic is a diablo tactic or unbeaten tactic for FM 11.3 because i do believe tactic itself don't win the game, but i humbly said that this is a good tactic. so the setting u need to follow is:

Pitch Size: Standard .Max might be better because of the style of play
OI: No
Team Talks:
- Pre game - None and expect a performance for player who are complacent based on assistant feedback
- half time - None and you have faith to player who has above 7.5 rating. "where's the passion.." if u loose
- full time - praised if win , dissapointed if loose
Match Shouts: No
Match prep: Team blend High until fluid then team blend very low

Looks good and sitting 3rd is good. Once teams starts to play more cautious against you, do you have a plan B how to break them down, tweaking the tactic ?

so far i haven't came up with plan b yet that i personally reccomended. but maybe if u are better team than wolves then u can change the central midfielder run from deep to sometimes from rarely. i feel it's better attackingly.
