All my logos/kits lost after update

Hey guys. Until 18.3.1 came out, my game had all team logos and kits, and ever since the last update they don't appear anymore.
I tried deleting those files and copying them back again to the folder, reloading skins, changing the directory. None of them worked.

Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do to fix it?

I've had the same issue, have you got yours sorted? because i'm still stuck with no graphics or skins working.
