All national teams available?

Been looking all over for this without an answer.

Is there any way to make all nationals teams available to hire you as a manager? I know this was possible a few years ago (not sure how long ago), but I think it might have been done through a third-part product. I can't even find THAT now...

I would love to be national team manager of for example India or maybe Montserrat but no matter where I look in the settings or search Google, I can't find any advice.

No. This is because of some sort of Licensing issues, but most national teams are avalible

here the file..
extract it to [your FM11 directory]\data\db\1100\edt or
[your FM11 directory]\data\updates\update-1130\db\1130\edt
open your fm11 and go to preference > extra files, enable the file.
u will need to start a new game to enable this file.

this file will retain all nation from all country which will make all national team are available but in the same time it make your db really2 huge!

Also, if you want to manage a obscure nation(Cook Islands, Pakistan etc....), remember to load all players of nationality, otherwise you will only have two players, and a load of useless grey players, or you won't be able to select them

anyway by enabling this file, u dont have to 'load all player of nationality' it will automatically retain all player of the nationality that u set on this file.....
but then it will really make the game loading a very large db.....

Thanks! Really appreciate it. I'm used to running absurd databases like the Swedish 8-level-database or the English 12-level so this will be easy (I hope)
