All player names changed

So I load up my save, and find that all of my players have crazy names, so i cant identify anyone easily.

I have no idea how to fix this, would appreciate assistance.

Nope, been playing this save for 4 in game years and its only just happened.

Sorry, should have spotted that from the screenie. Very odd glitch, never seen it before. I suggest heading to the SI community website and opening a thread on their technical help area.. they've usually got all the answers.
