All teams starting with no players?

In FM2011 there was a patch where all major teams started with no players and where given a £1.6 million wage budget. All the players where free agents, does anyone know if there is one around for this addition?

you somehow have to do it in the editor. i have no idea how to do it as i don't even understand the editor

all you do is load up every team on the editor go on there squad a remove all the players but remember if your doing it with every big club think about the champions league because what about home grown players????????????
