All Teams Transfer Embargo,

So i looked around in the editor trying to give teams a transfer embargo, but could'nt do it, i would love to make a database with all english italian and spanish teams from top flight to be in embargo, for 100 years, so you have to rely on your youth system, anyone who can help? give some tips or something? and know how to put transfer embargo's on teams?

You can find transfer embargo file in:

\data\db\1100\edt and then click transfer_embargo.edt

I am making something similar where all 16 year old players from prem clubs are -10, and their youth academy/recruitment/network are maxed out.

Then the teams have a transfer embargo of 10 years.

I just tried to get rid of the embargo for the new update for pompey, but can't find how to do it now?? any ideas? i had it alright before this update.
