Should I try and get the latest "next Pele"?

I got my hands on Ganso on on the demo and he played behind Torres with Mata and Silva on the wings and he was amazing. (obviously played with chelsea).

Yet Neymar has flopped for me in the past two FMs.

He has nuts potential, I have yet to try him because of his hefty price tag and my debt-ridden first save game club but on my 4th season now and he looks beyond amazing... I would sign him, he looks alot like Messi stat-wise atm.
