I am going to attempt to get as far into this challenge as I can. For this challenge I am going to try to manage as many teams as I can in Europe, starting with 11 Oktomvri. Then I will move onto the next team in alphabetical order after I win the top domestic league in that country. I am not hoping to make it through every team in Europe just see how far I can make it.

11 Oktomvri Prilep is a football team based in Prilep, Macedonia. We are currently in the second level of Macedonian football on my editor data file but are actually in the third tier. We have an unbelievable 15,000 seater stadium which is crazy for this level. We were founded in 1951 but have only competed in the top level once, in 2011-12. I will be looking to change that. We have rivalry with Pobeda Junior who are also based in Prilep.

Squad

Here is our squad for the upcoming season. We have immense quality at striker, central midfield and center back. We have no good players anywhere else. I have scouted the countries around Macedonia and my scouts have found no players worth tracking. I looked over free agents from Macedonia but none of them want to join my club. I will just have to do with what was given me before I arrived, with the exception of Boban Fidanovski, a young right back, who I signed on a free. As soon as we are promoted to the First Tier we should be able to sign better players, which should in the next 2-3 seasons.

We are expected to finish in the top half of the table by the board and to reach the second round of the Macedonian Cup. I think this is more than manageable and i believe we can finish as high as 5th and qualify for the Promotion Playoff. In this league the top 4 are automatically promoted and the 5th qualifies for the Promotion Playoff and the bottom 4 are relegated with the 5th bottom team competing in a relegation playoff.

This tactic is built more around what players I have rather than the way I actually want to play but it is fairly similar. Stojance Dunimaglski and our central midfield of Bojan Krsteski, Goran Zdraveski or Valentin Dimoski are vital to our teams success this season. I have managed Dunimagloski before and he has always scored goals for me.

Very disappointing to completely collapse at the end like that, especially at home. Icko Jankovski showed his quality by always looking dangerous and eventually scoring beautiful opening goal from 20 yards.

Korab are one of the favorites to go down this season so we definitely should have taken maximum points from this game. However, we were away from home so a point is acceptable.

We end the month in 11th place exactly where we are predicted to. We have looked very average to start off the season but hopefully we will improve and charge up the table!

Very surprisingly I have been awarded Manager of the Month! We only have 4 points after 3 games and so many teams are performing better than us right now. Very strange.

Another early goal sets up for a victory a scrappy goal in the 67th minute earns a disappointing point against mid table Sasa. We were away from home so its a good point.

It looked as though Ilinden were going to grab the comeback victory but Dunimagloski gave us a comeback of our own with 2 goals in 2 minutes to take yet another victory.

Rabotnicki: Baze Ilijoski (61, 86), Hermann Depre (90+4)
This was a very good performance because Rabotnicki are currently top of the Macedonian Premier League. We surprisingly took the league in the 14th minute and held on for 50 minutes before Ilijoski equalized it and then took Rabotnicki ahead in the 86th minute. Depre seales our fate with last minute goal to make it near impossible for us to advance ahead of the return leg.

None of the other teams in the league actually have managers so that is why I keep winning awards even if our form is not that great.
