Alt + F9

When i try to use ALT + F9 to get a screenshot ingame nothing appears in my screenshot folder, any help?
 
Delete your screenshot folder then try and take a screenshot.

I didn't see the thread, and yes I have.

Maybe it's because F9 is binded to decrease sound.
 
Go to Preferences then Shortcuts then search for create screenshot or something similar and follow instructions and change the shortcut from ALT + F9 To something diff.
