Alternative Tactics won't stay?

Hi All,

On my current save, for my U19 squad, I am not able to save the alternative tactic.

I'm able to add one - I'll set it up - save it, but when I move off of the U19 team and go back to it, it goes away and it shows me that I can add 2 more alternative tactic?

Any Ideas?
