Always drawing games

Hello all.

I'm playing as Monaco and alls I'm doing is drawing games it's so annoying! I don't know why but my wingers are always cutting in shooting and missing! Wasting chances all the time. My striker doesn't get a look in because of it. Any ideas?
 
play around with their roles and your tactics. are they selfish players?
you can instruct them to not cut inside but at the end of the day if they want to, they will still do it
 
Mempis Depay on the left and Carlos Vela on the right. Yes they're very selfish, they never pass and always shoot on sight and never score. I've tried individual instructions telling them to keep wide and shoot less often but it's not working, they r totally ignoring it. I feeling like selling and getting proper wingers like Pedro or someone.
 
yes selfish players can be very frustrating. i have a striker right now who is very talented but only has a 1 for teamwork. he loses the ball way too much because he refuses to pass
 
Is there no solution to it? Maybe I've bought the wrong type of players?
 
you can try to rein them in with tactics and roles but at the end of the day, they will still resort to their own ways
