Am I training the team too much, or just a jinx?

So I played a rather weird match today, I was AC Milan playing against Juventus at San Siro in a pre-season friendly.

7 minutes into the game Pato scores the first goal of the match giving me the lead.
10 minutes into the game Nesta went off injured.
12 minutes into the game I lose Ronaldinho to injury.
15 minutes into the game Boriello hops off injured.
30 minutes into the game Amauri scores Juve's equalizer.
45 minutes, Zambrotta gives me the lead again.
55 minutes I lose Ambrosini to injury.
60 minutes Trezeguet equalises.
80 minutes Trezeguet makes it 3 - 2 to Juventus.

The game ended with me losing 3 - 2, losing 4 players to injury and incidentally not a single yellow card was shown to either side during the whole game.

Is this just a jinx, or should I decrease the training load which is now set on medium?

Just unlucky i think , i have my training levels set at heavy all the time

I think you're probably just unlucky. Are you using Tug's Training? I've had an injury occur almost every 2 or 3 games, but mostly because I'm overusing my first-team players. Constant rotation is a good way to avoid injuries.

I'm not rotating them enough, started the season with 3 injuries on the roster already, total first team is 18 players now, so rotation is out of the question till I transfer in or promote some youngsters and reserves to first team.

Now that you mention it, they were all exhausted the previous match and I had to give 5 or 6 players a rest and they were not fully recovered yet.

maybe its a little heavy. i gotta say ive never experienced the levels of injuries that others seem to have,

If you use custom training, and you are 3-man-short (injuries), try to relax the players a bit, or you won't have enough players to send in the field. Once this happened to me, but I do not use custom training since then. The players grow properly if you play them in the same position and have good coaches. Good luck mate. Forzza Milan (6)
