Amateur Clubs

Hi everyone im quite new to FM and have started a game in the scottish 3rd Div as Queens Park who are an amateur club and no one has a contract, so all my best players keep getting taken by other clubs.
Any idea how to change the club to a profesional club?

Only way you can is if you get promoted I believe? Then Most the players will sogn a pro deal. That's what happened to me when I was playing in BSP in England. Hope I'm right haha
