I think 4-3-3 is ok.

I would like to see someone try this with maybe WBA, Stoke or Southampton to see their results and stats.

I tried very little with underdog teams, and I think it doesn't work very well in bad teams. But I dont know the tactic whose work well with little teams in FM18 for the moment.
