AMC for newcastle??

Hi, have 4.2 million to spend on a AMC for newcastle, anyone have any suggestions?,looking for someone with loads of creativity and flair,good passer and team work. can't find anything for 4.2 mill in the brazilian or argentinian leagues

ben arfa was great for me, got assists all over the place. i played a 4231 with him behind the striker as an attacking mid with attack duty.
