P.s I holidayed through the first season.

Following protests from the arsenal supporters that Arsene wenger was ruining the club by failing to spend the funds available to him he has resigned from his position as manager of arsenal fc. A number of big name managers were linked with the post but the Arsenal hierarchy has surprised everyone by hiring inexperienced manager john Pierre Aulas. Arsenal supporters will be praying that this move does not backfire on the club but some who were around for the start of the wenger era remember the same was said about him taking over at arsenal.

I honestly know of no Arsenal fans complaining about Wenger's lack of spending much, and certainly not that much. In Arsene we Trust and all that.

New arsenal manager John Aulas has reported told arsenal fans that he doesn't plan to change much in terms of running the club and they should just let him do his job.for instance he will not be changing arsene wenger's annual pre season matches and training camps.he has also come out and said that if Barcelona were to persue fabregas this close season there was no way he would settle for anything less than 150 million. With his broken English he has said 150 million take it or lose him.

gooner96 I'm a Chelsea supporter but i admire what arsene wenger has done at arsenal over the years. and i also think he's brilliant but he needs to spend on some key areas of the squad in order to challenge domestically and in Europe.
 
Pre-season schedule-getting in shape

Arsenal start with the usual friendly against barnet then they travel to Austria for a training camp and while there will play three more friendlies before flying back to London for the Emirates cup then there first competitive fixture is against Chelsea in the community shield.(Second placed finish) last season.

 
Sorry mate but you're going to have to improve the layout of your Story if you want this to continue. I suggest doing monthly updates which include more detail instead of doing small posts containing one screenshot.

AC Milan, Valencia & PSG in 3 days, your players will be unfit for the Chelsea match! Unless you plan on using youth and reserves?..
 
reganator i am planning to use those emirates cup games to take a more in depth look at my youth players and fringe players kinda like what arsene wenger does in the carling cup.
 
Good start, probably replacing arsene wenger because all you need to do is remind Arsenal that the objective of football is to score not to pass the opposition to death
 
sry but i will be adopting that same mind set as i treasure the use and possession of the ball.but i can say that i will no be as conservative as wenger i will be more direct.

Opening day of the season and a trip to stoke.We weren't dominated physically and that an up but we didn't keep the possession as well as I WOULD HAVE LIKED BUT DESPITE THOSE Nicholas bendtner popped up to give us a 2-0 win with two delightful efforts from the edge of the area.

Our first home match of the season entertaining our London rivals west ham and they didn't even try to get a win they sat back with 11 men behind while we did something i hope to never see again try to pass the ball into the back of the net.

Van persie scored four and arshavin and diaby added more later on in the match.All the goals were relatively straightforward from inside the box.

playing MORE DIRECT allows the team to control the game against smaller teams as well as counter attack.but against the bigger teams i seem to struggle i am currently trying to analyze and see what is happening wrong against the bigger teams.Almunia defend fullback auto vermaelen ball playing back koscielny center back defend song anchor man diaby box to box fabregas attacking playmaker target man run onto ball also play maker arshavin trequerista walcott/nasri winger support van persie complete fowrd support and still seems to score and assist everything
