Sven Bender - dont remember how much I paid for him as UTD but it wasnt too much.
Lucas Romero - cheaper than Bender and perhaps slightly better.

Another option at BWM would be Schneiderlin

Playing with Liverpool as well, I got Lucas Romero and Sven Bender. Paid £18.5m for Bender and £8m for Romero. Gonna offload Lucas as soon as someone are willing to buy him, he's not even close to his FM 14 standards where I played him every match and eventually sold him to PSG for £40m... I'll be lucky if I get £10m for him now.

Tomas Rincon at Genoa is great for his price, too.
