Starting new season with everton, need a Anchor Man, only have a transfer budjet of 8 mill, but don't really want to spend it all.. Any Tips ?

Got to say I think Diame is the best bet because of price. Mulumbu is normally available very cheap at the start of the 2nd season, so go for him then.

I concur for Fernando from FCP. I was surprised to can buy him only for 7 mil. Euro. He is a beast. The downside is that you have to train him as midfielder because he is only a defensive midfielder.
