I signed him to replace Malouda (who i managed to sell to Man City for 10m) in the first season and he was a massive hit. I'd say yes mate go for it.
 
hes brilliant and i think he would fit quite nicely into arsenal
barcelona gets him in most my saves and he was shortlisted for ballon d'or a few times
hes brother jordan develops into a good striker as well
 
Tottenham signed him in the first season on my liverpool save, im not in my 5th season for Liverpool and he's top scorer with 28 goals in 22 games
